Just wanted to say that there are many illegitimate online pharmacys and I personally have been ripped off by several. I have ordered from you multiple times now and I am always very happy with your customer service and prompt delivery.(Also you can\'t beat your shipping price!! ;) The products are exactly what they should be and have been high quality every time. Also packaging is kept to a minimum and mother nature thanks you for that. I thank you very much and will continue to use this site for the foreseeable future. The only thing I wish is that you would expand your products list. I use another company for several other of my meds and pay $25 to $30 shipping for each item even if all are ordered at the same time. It\'s still cheaper than buying them here but it adds up fast when ordering 3 or 4 items at a time. I have recommended you to all my friends and family and will continue to do so. Thank you. admitting a mistake had accidentally occurred on your end , and not lie and blame others or make excuses. (applause to the staff and their sup
ervisor.) It takes courage, I know, that's how I've run my business for 26 yrs.
Every consumer service company will have a small percentage of order mistakes (My own business included,)
No human or computer system is perfect
ALL too often this kind of thing quickly escalates where
the customer is mad, cussing you in emails, and calling their cc company for a charge back.
Just general stress and unhappiness for all.

I received my order yesterday, 02/05/10, about 15 days after shipment. The order is perfect, and the medication Venlafaxine works great. We are retired, with no health insurance, so we are grateful to find a pharmacy with such reasonable prices. We would have had to pay ten times as much for our order if we used a pharmacy here in the United States, and that is no exaggeration.

I want to write a quick not to let you how reliable have Seypharma ben recently It\'s rare that my order to California takes longer then 5-6 days. I don\'t know if you\'re using a new shipper, but my average shipping day is down to 5-6 days. I\'ve always had terrific phone and online service from you and it\'s great to know that this is yet another area where in which you\'re going beyond and beyond to provide excellent customer service.
